Customer: the person with whom Kuchi world has entered into an agreement.

3. Parties: Kuchi World and customers together.

4. Consumers a customer who is also an individual and who acts as private.

 

Kuchi world is an online store but also  a showroom in the Netherlands ( Westervoort) in vintage traditional Afghan clothing, jewelry, accessories and decorations, which can be visited via www.Kuchiworld.com or you can come by appointment at our showroom.

 

APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, orders or products by or on behalf of Kuchi world.

2. Parties can only deviate from these terms and conditions if expressly agreed in writing.

3. The parties expressly exclude the applicability of additional and/or deviating general terms and conditions of the customer or third parties.

 

AGREEMENTS

 

An agreement is concluded after acceptance by the customer of the offer on the website of Kuchiworld.com is entitled to refuse order or to request additional information.  If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated to the customer, stating the reason.

 

  PRICES

 

1. All prices that Kuchi world uses are in euros, are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other costs such as administration costs, levies and travel, shipping or transpost costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.

 

2.All prices that Kuchi world uses for its products and services, on its website or that are otherwise made known, can only be changed by Kuchi world at any time.

 

3.The prices mentioned with the articles are for orders within the Netherlands and within the European Union including VAT.  No VAT is charged for orders outside the European Union, but a surcharge applies, so that the prices stated for the articles still apply.  Outside the European UNI, further possible import or customs duties may be charged if the order arrives in the country of destination.

Note: Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Shipping costs are not included in the stated prices.  Before concluding the agreement, the total price including shipping costs will be communicated via our website.

 

5. An increase in the cost prices of products or parts thereof, which Kuchi world could not foresee at the time of making the offer or the conclusion of the agreement, may give rise to a price increase.

 

6. The consumer has the right to dissolve an agreement as a result of a price increase as referred to in paragraph 3, unless the increase is the result of a statutory regulation.


Returns Policy

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Each product is fully inspected before packaging. Any damaged products should be reported within 24 hours and shipped back to us. A tracking number must be provided within 48 hours. We can exchange the product for another one, or we can provide a voucher.

 

Special/Custom order return policy

We do not accept returns for custom or special orders. Special customised orders are made according to our customers' choice of size/color and we will not accept returns. For more information please contact us.

Can I cancel an order? If you cancel your order in less than 24 hours, you will be charged €25.00 cancellation fee or 25% of the total amount if it is less than €99.00. This does not apply to jewelry items. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. Please choose carefully and read the description of each item before purchase. 

 

Choice or shipping:

  •  Regular shipping: we are not responsible for the loss of your package at the post offices.
  • Shipping with insurance: your package will be insured against loss.


Local pickup/Purchases  

Please take your time while shopping in our shop in Westervoort (the Netherlands). 

Any purchase from the shop are non-refundable. 

Shipping and delivery policy 

 

1. Delivery will take place while stocks last

 2. Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address indicated by the customer

 3. If the agreed amount is not paid or not paid on time, Kuchi World has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed part has been paid.

4. In case of late payment, there is a default of creditors, with the result that the customers cannot object to Kuchi World for late delivery.

 

 DELIVERY TIME

 

 1. The delivery times specified by Kuchi World are indicative and do not entitle the customer t or compensation if they are exceeded, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

 2. The delivery time starts at the moment that the customer has fully completed the order process and has received an electronic confirmation from Kuchi World.

 3. Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to dissolve the agreement, unless Kuchi world cannot deliver within 14 days after being summoned to do so in writing or the parties have agreed otherwise.

 4. Transport costs are for the customer, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

 5.  If the customer only accepts ordered products later than the agreed delivery date, the risk of any loss of quality is entirely for the customer.
